Ease of Use, Communication, Accountability
The software is secure, SSL encrypted and hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud platform. No data is stored on the local computers. Only partial patient name identifiers are ever displayed so you can use the system anywhere.
The system provides real time reporting and data at a click of a button. Detailed visit summary for each patient, broken down into each care segment is available to the front lines, the physicians and the administrators to improve the templates/schedules.
Pilot the solution with a few initial champion physicians. The software can be trialed on existing workstations or we can provide ones for you. Based on the successes, expand the solution to the next set of physicians.
With COVID, it is important to get the patients out of the lobby as quickly as possible, to avoid crowds. Use the waiting room alarms function to alert the staff in the back as soon as the patient arrives.
A blend of in-person and tele-medicine patients in the clinic can cause longer patient wait times. Use the solution to track and manage both types of patients to see the right patient at the right time.
